AB979 - Removes County or City Control over Fish & Game regs and Consolidates it under Cal Fish & Game Commission AB1129 - Creates Procedure to Revoke Retired Police Officers' Carry Certificate AB1167 - Creates CCW Reciprocity Between California & Other States SB41   - Requires Firearms Dealer to Issue Receipt of Sale to Prove Delivery SB174 - Spot Bill.  Watch for Changes SB585 - Ban gun shows at the Cow Palace UPDATE - Passed Senate.  Pending in Assembly Committee. SB697 - Would Implement Smart Gun Technology SB746 - Would Impose $25 Fee for Each Firearm Sale in Order to Fund a Gun Safety Board under the State Department of Health.  The board would be authorized to implement rules, programs and regulations with the intent of reducing firearms related deaths, which may have far reaching implications for California gun owners.
